- Claims for damages must be filed by the customer with the shipping company (Federal Express at 1-800-GO-FEDEX).
- Any problem with the order must be phoned in within 10 days of receipt of order.
- L&M does not offer a “Season Return Policy”. Please do not purchase excess products and request to return what you do not use, this will not be considered an authorized return.
- A return authorization # is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Service at (254) 897-9978.
- Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
- All authorized returns must be sent back within 5 days of approval to receive credit.
- All returns must be in original packages, without price tags, and in sellable condition.
- Authorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
