You will need the proper permissions from the organization you represent. Most of these non profit organizations will already have a license. You will need to submit their license number to us for verification. Please contact your organization treasurer or accounting department to obtain this number and submit the following form to us for an account.

Please note if you are located in a different state we do accept all U.S. Resale Certificates please see your state Sales and Use Tax Resale website for requirements. If you already have a Certificate from your state simply fax, or email it to us!

Texas state law requires that all fields highlighted in the sample form below be complete.
